CO-Housing

  The emerging global housing crisis creates the need for quality housing to be provided. The scheme targets age groups of students 18 - 25 and senior people over 65. The goal is to create a successful co-habitation between both age groups.   The new building is to provide community spaces which are to serve the overall local Tory Battery area. The ground floor of the building will be like a public square. The used construction methods are lastest timber technologies The goal is to reduce building times and construction waste.
